I'll start with the good since there is so much good here. The blasters performance is exemplary out of the box with good fire rate and accuracy. Reliability seems top notch with only two stoppages in over 2k rounds both seemingly ammo related. Visually this blaster is fantastic, a truly great reproduction with excellent attention to detail and quality. The whole blaster feels like a good solid quality blaster. The barrel is metal and both the barrel extension and flash hinder screw on nice and solidly with the 14mm thread. The stock locks up solid has adjustable length of pull and check comb and the grip is sturdy with no creak or flex in the blaster at all. Now for the average. The coating on the upper receiver is a unknown for me. It feels almost rubberised and I suspect it may wear badly over time but so far with hard use it's only sustained two small scratches from rocks or gear so it might be surprisingly hardy. Only rime and use will tell. The safety is stiff out of the box. So far it hasn't loosened up and twice this has cost me when I've been unable to disengage the safety with wet hands or unexpected contact. This may loosen but again only time will tell. I am confident it will remain sturdy and not wear loose like some others tho. Now for the bad. There's not much and it's nit picky. I personally HATE the charging handle. It's on the right side and as best I can tell can't be swapped to the left like real steel. On the right side running the charging handle becomes awkward for a right hander having to either reach under the blaster or over the top and I've skinned my knuckles twice on optics from this issue. Magazine availability is a problem at the moment with no spare magazines available I've been required to remove the magazine and sling my blaster to refill the only magazine I have for it. Hopefully this will change and spare magazines will become available. The rear grip is not compatible with magpul style grips available for m4 type blasters meaning you'll have to stick with your a2 grip or do some custom work to fit one. Not a problem for a lot of people but I dislike the Ridge under my middle finger on the a2 grip since I use a very high grip. This is however very much a nit pick of a issue The stock becomes very loose and wobbly when extended past the half way point. I appreciate a longer length of pull and have been forced to run the stock at about 2/3 it's overall length simply because it becomes too unstable when extended further. Lastly the ambidextrous magazine release has a tendency to be a problem with chest rigs inadvertently indexing the magazine release and the hinged portion jamming the magazine catch in the open position if pushed too hard from the right side. Id highly recommended this blaster but would advise anyone that intends to use it in skirmishes to understand and get uses to its unique quirks. At the end of the day tho it is exceptionally cool and stands out from the crowd and for that it gets serious style points
