He loves it, and I love it myself due to its ability to switch voltages. I just wasn't expecting something so good for a product so small and playful. “The product was great, though I was promised a Welcome pack as advertised on their website, to have no communication in regards to it and not receiving it at all, I sent a response to this with no action taken from the company, it is the 1st time purchasing for my 2 sons so I ordered two products separately to receive to from them(welcome packs) to receive no information or products promised in the welcome pack was highly disappointing to myself and my sons who where looking forward to receiving them.
It is false advertising and unprofessional to claim 'If you buy a gel blaster you will receive a Welcome pack and all the emails stating that order was confirmed and would be sent along with gel blasters.”
