“You should provide English instructions for all your products, and a link to an online video displaying how to assemble, utilise, and purchase add ons for each product.
I would hire a media director to film your staff assembling and using each product, and then advertise all the accessories at the end of the video that could be purchased in the furture by the buyer to compliment the product.
Simply create a pamflet detailing the link for each products video, and place the pamflet into the package with instructions to the buyer to visit the link, this would also save you a fortune on customer service employees, as all the most common questions would already be answered via the video link provided.
