“Hannah was very helpful with my initial purchase of a few guns and accessories, About $1000 worth. I want to buy some more but Ive left two messages with your staff to have Hannah call me back. She was the only person that was helpful after ringing 5 different blaster companies. Everyone, I mean everyone just says, go to the website and work out what you want. Well I dont know anything about these things and wanted someone to make some recommendations and basically spend my money for me. Eventually after so many unhelpful staff at different businesses I got onto Hannah and she was great. But it seems I cant talk to her again???
One person even said to me, Hannah is the customer service manager but she isn’t available to customers. Can you believe that?
