“I sent out myframe to have lens changed. Got them back. Sprayed Alcohol on it to cleans lens and my frame fell apart. They broke my frame and instead of letting me know they put some glue so my frame so it would hold until it was returned and said absolutely NOTHING about the damage to my frame on both sides. I know there is a disclaimer saying your frame may break during replacement of lens but for $95 a common call or a note or email would have been nice. I am a truck driver and need good shades. I was wearing my shades for 3 days before i decided to clean the lens. The frame literally fell apart on my face as i was driving. As for the replacement lens they looked nothing like my serengeti lens but they were ok just not the same quality.”
