“I have purchased all of the TCB classes. We have a great sleeper with a great foundation! She still wakes sometimes at night so we decided to buy this class. What I wish I would have known is that this class was a “gentle” modified version of cry it out. When I got to that video if cara explaining the process my jaw was on the ground. I was just so taken aback. Admittedly I stopped watching at that video. We decided to follow our babies cues instead. At 9 months she is doing FANTASTIC thanks to the other classes laying that foundation for us. For naps we lay her down completely awake and she falls asleep on her own. At night she does the same. She does have some night wakings still but they are getting fewer and further between. She went to sleep at 7:30pm last night and only woke once at 4am because she was hungry then slept until 630am her normal wake time. We are very very satisfied with this and we have taking cara babies to thank (but as mentioned didn’t use all of the instructions in the 5-24 month collection)!! I would still recommend this class to those comfortable with the “cry it out with check ins” format.”
“Effective. Short. Succinct. My intense boy falls asleep within seconds on most naps and night, and sleeps great (12 hours last night for example). I wish I had come across and learned all this simple yet pivotal information months prior to when I finally came across it with our 7 month old. I look back and see how devastated we all were from lack of sleep and nursing ALL night.
Our little one responded to this course quickly and we in turn became confident and knowledgeable parents to our son, to the point that we even took 4 trips since this course, and he’s only 8 months and half now and thriving! Thank you Cara, keep doing what you’re doing!”
