“After having a mediocre sleeper and a pretty terrible one, I was determined to have baby #3 master sleep. We did the Taking Cara Babies course when he was about 7 months old. He is 13 months old now and has been sleeping through the night solidly since! We’ve been on trips to Florida and South Carolina and he did wonderfully on both trips and had no issues transitioning back home. I love how the course provides so many resources for different issues that pop up that may cause sleep interruptions. Cara has such a soothing voice, her videos are so easy to watch or listen to. Overall, I am a better mother because I am rested, and while I used to stress about baby sleep so much, I don’t have to anymore!”
“I had 2 children prior to using Taking Cara Babies and had a challenging second child who didn't sleep very well. The third child was 5 years after the 2nd one mostly due to fear of not being able to sleep well for a year or more after giving birth. I'm 40 and momma needs her sleep! After my third child was born we survived typical 6 weeks. Into the 4th and 5th months and he still wasn't sleeping very well and I was desperate. I had heard of Taking Cara from my sister- in- law and started following her on Instagram. Paid for the class and watched all her first videos. Prepped my infant's room that night and started her protocol. It took 3-4 challenging nights and ever since then it has been a breeze (knock on wood as I write this review!). Great class, great information, nice to look back on as he matures and goes through illness etc. Will be going back to the classes when it's time to get rid of his pacifier.”
“It was very helpful though kind of long to get through all the videos. I felt like I couldn't start the process until I watched all of them and read every item (Type A mom here), and with the little time I have, it took me a week to get through all of them. that was frustrating as I was ready to start sleep training right now and couldn't.”
“excellent tips! I like the ability to navigate various topics on the app. Also like the downloads/cheat sheets. It's been very helpful to navigate nap times and nap transitions. Our 14th month old son was sleeping through the night by 11 weeks and has continued to sleep through the night by following TCB daytime schedules.”
“This class was a lifesaver from day 1! I took the newborn class the week before my baby was born and then purchased the 5-24 month class. My son was sleeping 11 hours through the night on night 3. I also have the nap class which I refer back to for every stage of his sleep needs. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a routine for their littles!”
“We started this class when the baby was 6 months old, up every 2 hours all night. I was exhausted but quickly we all started sleeping through the night. Now he is 13 months and I love that I can refer back to the Bumps along the way and the Naps classes for little reminders.”
“This was amazing. I do not know if my baby is good sleeper, knowing all details from this program helped me to get with sleeping where we are now - baby falls asleep without any fuss alone in bed and sleeps 11-12 hours per night. Day naps are also no problem, she sleeps 2-3 hours in the morning and 1-2 hours in the afternoon. I started to shape habits when she was already 4 months old, because we hit 4th month sleep regression. And even though it was not full sleep training process, she managed slowly fall asleep on her own. We had to get rid of pacifier and she learned to soothe her with thumb. I always let her to cry a bit, before I helped her somehow to fall asleep. Even I was not very successful sometimes and she would cry even more, until she got boob, but step by step with consistency she figured out how to fall asleep. By month 6 it was supper easy process. She was still eating either at 22:00 or at 5:00 milk (I have let her to wake up and decide when she wants to eat - I did not mind to feed her at 5, coz I had to wake up and go to work anyway. At month 8 she did not wake up in the night anymore for feeds, but that was also point when breast milk was over. Now she is almost 11 months, and she is the best sleeper ever. Even when I get the sleeping cues wrong and place her into crib too early, she would play there for 20 - 25 minutes a talk until she falls asleep. I truly believe, that you have to give your baby time to learn how to fall asleep alone without needing you - it is a game changer. This program gives you confidence that what you are doing will work.”
