“The New Takoon Flare is a game changer , I have been riding the Takoon H1050 and the HS 700 for about 2 years now which I really liked but this new Flare is something else, it has literally transformed my riding experience on the water already, especially in waves, you should have seen the smile on my face after my first wave session!
Not only this foil is super stable, but it also takes-off very easily and in very little wind for the size, and despite this it is an incredibly fast foil for a 1050, it goes up wind effortlessly and at full speed, I dare to think what the smaller sizes will be when they are available. But for me where this foil has come alive the most is in waves conditions, it carves it pumps and glide effortlessly, You can through everything you want, from tight carves to long glides, connect waves from one to another, gybe around and go back to the line up at full speed, that foil can handle it all and it’s fun.
In addition, the new redesigned connection of the fuselage V3 is a real progress, lighter than the V2 and with 3xM8 screws the foil/fuselage is “SOLID”.
