“After much research and consideration we decided on this model from this online store and we couldn’t be happier! We never run out of hot water! The washer can run while taking a shower and then another person can take a shower. As long as we have propane we have hot water. The outdoor model is great. The only part that didn’t work out was the cover for the pipes going into the bottom of the outside unit. The cover did not fit once the installation was complete. Don’t let that stop you, though. Buy this tankless water heater!”
