Anson immediately responded to my email and sent new refills, but there was no label to return the defective ones so I had to email again. In the end I was satisfied with my purchase and especially the price point, but it was more of a hassle than I'd anticipated. Not sure if I'll order again.”

“I figured I was saving a ton of money buying this product, vs the 3M tape for the pink ATG gun that I use. This tape has a tendency to clog up, or roll together as it is applied. I just finished the first roll and have 11 more to go. Most of the time, it applies nicely, but I ended up wasting about 1/4 of the roll, because the tape was not consistent when being applied. Would I recommend this product? Yes and no. It has great holding capability. On the other hand, even with applying even pressure while rolling, at times it will catch on itself and you end up wasting rolled up tape.”
