They also asked me to ship the wrong delivery for them to the correct customer with a provided prepaid package. They said they would make it up to me for all my trouble. They refunded the extra $13.00 I paid for the COD, and that was it. So I still paid for my original order and shipping, + 2 trips to the post office due to 2 of their errors, and ZERO compensation to do their work?!”
