Hi Michele- We're sorry you didn't love your tape. Tape can be tricky as the adhesive at the ends loves to attach any bit of dust it might pick up along the way. You only really see this when the tape is wound up, once applied each layer is less the 1/100th" thick. We should have done a better job protecting the ends of the rolls though to ensure proper presentation. We're happy to exchange or offer a credit for a future order.
