“The instructions which came with this device were abysmal. I had to contact Customer Service to find out how to load it. They pointed me at a video for the Scotch tape brand, and that worked, but it should not have been so difficult to find. The loading isn't intuitive either so figuring it out without instructions was not useful. Otherwise, the construction is cheap and obviously a knock-off of the Scotch brand. However, it was inexpensive and it does work now that it's loaded properly.”
