The product was received within the time frame given. Ordered on January 5th, received on the 11th. This was your 10th order with Aerotape. We must be doing something correct.
We spoke with customer and explained product was on back order. We also offered a refund if she could not wait for product. She chose to wait for product. Sorry for the wait.
