“I purchased a battery for the X26 taser. When installed it was at 55% after just one week the battery was completely unusable to the point that it doesn't even show a display anymore. This is a tool that potentially could be used to save a life, NOT if you buy a battery from this seller though. I read their reviews, it's not the first defective battery that they sell. I sent them a message to let them know and they never even took the professional courtesy of replying to my complaint.”
“I think this is a solid battery; however I received it at 57% instead of the 99% I usually receive, the battery also had damage on it in it of itself. It still works. It's just somewhat disappointing to see that the battery has damage and wasn't at a full capacity. This isn't going to prevent usage of the Taser as it still fires normally. Just know they're not rechargeable. And that means less usage of this battery life in the long run”
