“I purchased a new battery replacement for my Taser Pulse weapon in March. Yesterday when I checked the battery, the device powers up for less than 1 second then the battery life indicator turns "red" and the unit goes dead. NOT pleased. ADDITIONAL NOTE: I find it interesting that when I attempt to answer the questions below about "rating the quality" of the produce and the "value for money" - it will NOT allow me to enter "one" bar (poor) - it AUTOFILLS 3 bars - regardless of what I do - so be aware that I assigned "one bar" ratings - but the form gives it 3. If AXON agrees to replace the dead battery at no charge to me, I will modify this evaluation.”

“Taser battery died and I had a useless product. Since they no longer make or support the Pulse+, I replaced the battery in the Pulse with a new one and now I can feel a bit better during my daily activities. Other than no ongoing support for the Pulse+ I have no issues with the company.”
