“I bought a TASER Pulse+, 2 and 1/2 years ago. I wrote them about an issue with their battery cartilage looking to buy a replacement. TASER DOESN'T SUPPORT their product lines. They do not carry parts or do repairs, even though I was very willing to pay. They just don't support their products. It's very unfair to the customer that a Taser that I bought 2 1/2 years ago is no longer supported by the manufacturer….NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS THATS THE STORY. DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY”
“I ordered this 12-20 and the battery died first of March. I expected battery to last longer than 90 days. I have looked for a replacement battery and can not find one. Please helpThank you”
“I got the taser as a less than lethal self defense device. It's compact and ergonomic but not worth $400. I think it should be priced at $200. I have a stun gun light and it's much more powerful than the taser, it's metal and a whole lot cheaper. The taser's benefit is that it can be used at a distance when stun guns can't. Beware, the box says it's only 60% effective. It does look like a gun so that could be a problem. I would like to see the clear model come back.”

“I love that this taser is light, the manual on how to use it is easy to learn. However I just purchased this on Nov 2022. It's February 2023 now the battery is already dead. I haven't even use it but 2x just to make sure it works. Now I have to replace the battery which is not cheap nor was this taser. I wouldn't suggest this taser due to the battery life being under 4 month life span.”
