About Tea Life:

Hello! My name's Toby and while I've always been a tea lover, I never really thought about the benefits and healing powers of herbal tea before a certain time in my life where I was going through some stress and anxiety.
This is a short story about my tea life.

I came across Valerian root tea and noticed one of the benefits listed was 'helping stress and anxiety' so I thought why not? It actually did help, and became my first go to solution for when I was feeling stressed.

Since then I have had to go back to that single shop to order it, as it's difficult to find. Sometimes it was sold out, sometimes I was too busy to make the trip, but overall I was just thinking 'why isn't this awesome drink more readily available'?

So I decided to do something about that. I researched the benefits of other herbal tea, as I was curious to see what else was out there and was astonished to learn just how useful and powerful they are. Over time, I realised they really are natures medicine.

This website has been designed to educate, and provide easy access across Australia to a huge range of Organic Herbal tea, free of pesticides and other impurities.

Apart from herbal tea, I have also stocked the best chai, exotic, and other health related blends I could find within Australia. If it's fresh, interesting and tastes great - I'll get it in.

“I don't like to put down a business to uplift another one, because all us business owner are here for the same reason and that is to provide the community with a great product and service, so I won't mention the name of the other well known company. here is my experience; Recently, for the 1st time I bought buddha tears from TeaLife because I couldn't find the one I had from a well known company. The day after I received the parcel I made myself the tea and truly loved it but I had to learn the hard way and start reducing the number of buds I was putting in the kettle from 15 buds in 1.7Lt of water down to 10 buds but I think I might have to put 8 to be a little less strong (I have the kettle with little cylinder inside to put the tea and let it brew). Yesterday I decided to do a spring cleaning in my kitchen cupboards and there I found the buddha tears from the other company, so I decided to make my self some tea to sip through the day. I put 10 buds for 1.7Lt of water, after 10 min I made myself a cup of tea and it was tasteless ... I had to chuck it and make my self a new kettle with TeaLife Buddha tears. I am very very happy with TeaLife Buddha Tears, very tasty and worth the money”

Thanks for your great review! We have had similar feedback for our buddhas tears - which I might put down to ours being fairly fresh and not holding on to the stock for extended periods. There's also different grades, and we'll tend to get the higher one. The next highest after this would be Jasmine Jade.

“Haven’t tried the butterfly Buddha’s tears yet but the Buddha’s tears has a beautiful taste as I only use one at a time for each cup and is also calming just what I need many thanks”

“I was so worried when my usual supplier ran out of my favourite tea and I'd drank my last cup BUT not only did TeaLife have amazing quality tea at a reasonable price, it came in less than a week and in adorable packaging. Could not be happier l.”

“I discovered Buddhas tea about 18 months ago was really happy with this tea. Then my supplier closed up shop so had to find another supplier so searched on line. I did not think I would find and Australian company with and even BETTER Buddhas tea, SOOO Happy. My advice is try it you won't be disappointed. Veronica”
