About Tea Life:

Hello! My name's Toby and while I've always been a tea lover, I never really thought about the benefits and healing powers of herbal tea before a certain time in my life where I was going through some stress and anxiety.
This is a short story about my tea life.

I came across Valerian root tea and noticed one of the benefits listed was 'helping stress and anxiety' so I thought why not? It actually did help, and became my first go to solution for when I was feeling stressed.

Since then I have had to go back to that single shop to order it, as it's difficult to find. Sometimes it was sold out, sometimes I was too busy to make the trip, but overall I was just thinking 'why isn't this awesome drink more readily available'?

So I decided to do something about that. I researched the benefits of other herbal tea, as I was curious to see what else was out there and was astonished to learn just how useful and powerful they are. Over time, I realised they really are natures medicine.

This website has been designed to educate, and provide easy access across Australia to a huge range of Organic Herbal tea, free of pesticides and other impurities.

Apart from herbal tea, I have also stocked the best chai, exotic, and other health related blends I could find within Australia. If it's fresh, interesting and tastes great - I'll get it in.

“Surprisingly good. You need to experiment with the amount of husks you use to get the desired flavour but now I’ve got that sorted I really enjoy this tea. The smell is more chocolatey than the taste but great if you want the chocolate hit without the calories!”

“I bought this tea not really knowing if I would like it, but all the reviews were good so I ordered it. It is a big bag as husk is light so it was a nice surprise (more tea!!). I did my first brew and I liked it. My friend who likes her tea (especially the tea I have: all from tea life of course) had a cup and she also liked it. She said he doesn't feel like tea but it taste very good and I like it. So I will order her a pack for Easter since she doesn't eat chocolate! I recommend this tea, if you are looking for a warm cup of coco but don't want all the fuss of making it with milk etc, then this is your drink. I love it after dinner while watching tv as dessert.”

Hi Nathalie, thank you for your review! It's hard not to like this one. Luckily we were able to do a big price drop on this one recently, and previously it was one of our more expensive teas. Now it's more accessible to everyone.

“I bought this tea just to try it. I have only just tried it today and it was okay. It had a chocolate flavour but, I think I made it too weak. I don't usually use milk or sugar so I just had it that way. Perhaps better for people who have milk and sugar in their tea.”

Hi Hazel, thank you for your review! Apologies it wasn't as strong as your expected in this case, it's definitely not as strong as something like a powdered chocolate drink with sugar - but for many still hits a good spot while being infinitely healthier.

“It’s a funny thing to get used to, drinking water that tastes like chocolate but that’s exactly how it is. A have a friend who grows organic native mint and I mixed a little native mint with this product and it mate the perfect choc mint tea. I had to laugh and shake my head. I have it every afternoon now.”
