About Tea Life:

Hello! My name's Toby and while I've always been a tea lover, I never really thought about the benefits and healing powers of herbal tea before a certain time in my life where I was going through some stress and anxiety.
This is a short story about my tea life.

I came across Valerian root tea and noticed one of the benefits listed was 'helping stress and anxiety' so I thought why not? It actually did help, and became my first go to solution for when I was feeling stressed.

Since then I have had to go back to that single shop to order it, as it's difficult to find. Sometimes it was sold out, sometimes I was too busy to make the trip, but overall I was just thinking 'why isn't this awesome drink more readily available'?

So I decided to do something about that. I researched the benefits of other herbal tea, as I was curious to see what else was out there and was astonished to learn just how useful and powerful they are. Over time, I realised they really are natures medicine.

This website has been designed to educate, and provide easy access across Australia to a huge range of Organic Herbal tea, free of pesticides and other impurities.

Apart from herbal tea, I have also stocked the best chai, exotic, and other health related blends I could find within Australia. If it's fresh, interesting and tastes great - I'll get it in.

“For many years, have tried to find a green tea that really like. This organic green tea is top quality and should have been "the tea," but guess am simply not a green tea drinker after all. Don't let this put anyone off buying this lovely tea and service is fast and packaging great.”

Hi Wendy, I like your honest review! The only thing I could suggest is perhaps try 1 min steeping time and then 3 mins if you haven't - along with boiling water to only 80c as that really does affect taste. But don't force yourself, I don't think Green tea is for everyone either, even though it's one of the most well known teas, everyone has different tastes :)

“The quality and potency of this green tea is outstanding! Have been in search for really good green tea for many years now. We drink it nearly everyday. Have tried Japanese, Chinese, etc. The search is over. Will only get this one from here on. Almost finished the big bag just bought. Reordering now! Thank you TeaLife! :)”

Hi Elise, Thanks so much! This one is grown on a small farm in Australia as a family business - with the hand roasted version of our green tea coming from the same place too. We've had similar feedback for this tea, so we'll definitely be keeping it around for as long as they can supply us. We will hopefully be able to offer larger bags in the future once we get our act together and increase our storage space! - Toby

“Ordered a small bag of this tea first just to try, once that was finished quickly I ordered the 160g bag, no questions. Best green tea I've tasted by far. Not bitter like some teas out there, and can definitely taste and smell the freshness. Thumbs up from me.”

“I used to drink tea all the time. And I like green tea. When I tried this green tea I could feel the difference between the taste, smell and color, which I was very impressed. It's better than the tea I've had now. And everyone knows that green tea is good for. When we have a good tea, It can make our lives incredibly happy. The good quality be like.”
