“I recently ordered the large shipment of Nambarrie Tea and I paid for it all online. After a few days I checked the status of the ship and found that it had been shipped to USPS, but I didn't have my tea! After another day, I checked my original order only to find that I had shipped it to our OLD address (we moved last May)!!! We were down to 6 bags of tea, which is getting to the desperate territory. I contacted teadog and they fixed my mistake. My emergency order arrived and all was wonderful. THEN 2 days ago, the original order arrived at our new address. Our old letter carrier had forwarded it to us. I contacted teadog and arranged where I could pay for the 2nd order. Teadog did NOT charge us for the postage of the 2nd order. So not only do they carry and ship wonderful tea, their SERVICE is outstanding. THANK YOU, TEADOG.”
