BUT their after sales help is a bit suspect. My problem was downloading everything from my old Mac. I had trouble with the Systems Administrater's original password from when the Mac was new (which I didn't know) to enable the download to finish, asked for help, but none came apart from a promised phone call that didn't happen..
Googled the problem and was given instructions on how to change the original System Administrater's password by going into the hard drive, which I did and it worked!
Apart from that I can recommend these people! Very quick delivery, a good price and a really nice Mac.”

I would have given it a 5 star rating but it said it was loaded with Monterey OS...it was Catilina BUT the upgrade to Monterey was available so I upgraded it myself and it works fine. so overall very good service and would recommend.”
