“Purchased the MacBook for "AnyDesk" remote working as my win 11 had problems with a black ground screen making some difficulty to see properly.
Had a problem setting up proved to be my fault. When setting the password up I had the caps on so
upper case was lower and vice verso. I sent an email saying Inwas having problems, around 17.00pm
Low and behold I was contacted by Ryan that same evening. Arranged contact by "messaging". Must have been on for getting on for a couple of hours. He noted the caps was on from a picture I sent.
It subsequently dawned on me that was the problem when I set the password. Now up and running.
Never had customer care like it. Thank you Ryan.
At this time wonder if anyone would have some knowledge of using "AnyDesk". I can download the app but cannot connect to the remote. Get "connecting" but that's as far as I get.
