This has necessitated removing the installed operating system and installing a new one. You supplied a disc with an operating system on it but this turned out to be an old system, which is not supported by Apple and is therefor incapable of updating. With the aid of s computer expert who has had to waste several hours of his time in trying to it matters right. So far I have spent £100 with him, which I think you should refund.
I should have been able to switch this new (to me) computer on and restore my data from my Time Machine and have had the benefit of the new computer straight away. As it is I am still not able to use it.”
