“I am new to Apple Mac software and the use of the MacBook in question, I'm sure the learning with be intusive given a little more time, the only issue to date is inputting my Apple ID and password, repeatedly rejects these inputs, both these inputs are accepted by my iPhone and iPad, guess this is Apple issue not the machine, got lots of patience.”
