“Unfortunately they sent me the wrong laptop. I had ordered one with 16gb ram and they sent me one with 8gb. I had to send it back which cost quite a bit in postage. I have sent them a receipt of the postage payment but not been reimbursed for their mistake. Communication was good though and I was able to speak to someone easily.”
