“I am yet to receive the product that I ordered on 21st September, nine days after. Appalling. To make matters worse are the prices influx of lies I get when told by UPS every time I call the them.
The latest lie was told by UPS earlier today I have not stepped outside my flat today, yet I was informed that a delivery driver came to my house today and found no one. What a white lie!
If I don’t receive the product by the end of today, Monday, 30/09/2024, I will like the transaction cancelled and my money refunded latest on Wednesday, 02/10/2024.
