The product itself is equally good: it looks the part, but also works brilliantly as a mat for the keyboard, a mousemat an importantly a great writing surface when using ink or pen. “I have purchased a few Satechi products and am always pleased with the design and quality execution on their lineup, and the Deskmate is no exception! The vegan-leather mat feels good quality and is a sturdy thickness – not too thick, but has a substantial feel. I use mine to rest my wireless keyboard and mouse on, and an occasional coffee mug. It definitely protects the desk, and adds a distinct sophistication to the desk set up, while working as a great mousepad at the same time. The colour is rich and and tasteful, and will suit any setup's aesthetic. Couldn't recommend highly enough! (Tip: it isn't slippery when items placed on it, though to properly secure it I would recommend placing a non-slip sheet of material underneath for full security).”
