Everything was great except for the fact that there were huge gaps between the bottom of the canvas tent and the wooden platform the tent sits on. A lot of bugs were able to go into the tent and we got many mosquito bites.

Everyone was very nice and facilities were well maintained. Besides being buggy, we enjoyed our stay. A few things didn’t work and were replaced quickly by Molly. We are NOT experienced campers so we really appreciated the amenities and the extra help. Also enjoyed visiting angry orchard only 15 minutes away. Would stay again.

We had a really fun family camping trip here. My parents got the big tent and my partner and I brought our own to set up nearby. Everything we needed was at the site, and we were able to purchase bundles of wood for $10. The only downside was that the generator in the main tent died about an hour into our stay, so my parents (who are far from seasoned campers) weren’t able to benefit from the lights or the phone charger. Thankfully they were really tired and went to bed early, so it wasn’t really an issue :) Overall, the camp staff was super friendly and quick to help, and our trip went smoothly! It’ll be one to remember.

This site has lots of convenient amenities, like running water, toilets, and heaters for rent. The inside of the tent was so cozy and well-decorated. Keep in mind, this is part of a larger private camp ground, so you won't get the remote deep woods setting you may want.

Great experience! The assistant, Brittany, was awesome. She checked us in and made sure we knew and had everything we needed. We stayed one night and got two bundles of fire wood as it was in the 50s that night and used surrounding sticks/branches to last through to the next morning. We came over prepared, but our campsite had paper towels, grilling tools, and a skillet. They also have a Char Grill to borrow, but it wasn't needed. Our generator went out after a couple of hours, but luckily it was replaced within minutes with a bigger generator. The bed and bedding was super comfortable and cozy. We had a great night’s sleep. The full bathroom was clean with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and the hot water was piping hot! There are other campsites in the surrounding area, but we still felt like we had privacy. Since there was a bigger group camping adjacent to us, we could hear loud chattering throughout the night. Sam’s Point, Ice Cave, and Verkeerderkill Falls, and Gertude’s Nose trails were closed, but we still went on a beautiful hike along the Bull Wheel to High Peter’s Kill trail starting at Awosting Falls at Minnewaska State Park. We tried to make a stop at Angry Orchard without a reservation, but they’re extremely strict and we couldn’t get in. Overall, this was a great first glamping experience!

We had a great time!! The bed was super comfortable - includes bedding and pillows - and the tent was immaculate. The bathrooms were also very clean and a close walk - so nice to have warm water to wash hands on a chilly October evening. The scenery is beautiful and the hosts, Rich and Kathy, were responsive and checked in on us (in a very polite and not overbearing way) to make sure we had everything we needed. My only two qualms and the reason for four stars instead of five: 1. The pictures shown on Tentrr show a site that looks fairly isolated and private. That's not really the case as there are several other campsites in the surrounding area, so you do see and hear your neighbors frequently throughout your stay. 2. I thought we'd be able to do hiking/walking on-site, but there aren't groomed trails and the 40 acres would be difficult to get through given the wild terrain.
