You could not ask for a more gorgeous view or beautiful, secluded campsite. Charlie is an excellent host and was easy to reach and always immediate with responses. We had a little trouble with the blow up mattress in the tent and he was very helpful and thoughtful in resolving. We opted for the row boat add on and it was worth every penny. The Pepacton Reservoir is truly special. Thanks Charlie! We hope to visit again some day.

This was our first time camping and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The view was absolutely STUNNING and we were in a completely secluded area all to ourselves. The tent withstood some really bad storms one night which we were very impressed with. The bed and toilet make for a very comfortable stay, and the campfire, cooking space, shower, and water spicket were such luxuries to have. Most definitely worth every penny! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing location with incredible views! Unfortunately the tent itself wasn't prepared for our arrival so we had to sweep out all the leaves. The mattress appeared to have gone a bit mouldy so I would recommend bringing a mattress protecter as well as your sheets etc. Also the water was not turned on. We were not greeted by the campkeeper and were unable to make contact with them as we had no signal so we were unable to get the water issue resolved. That all said, we still had a great time and our dog loved exploring in the woods and running through the long grass in the field.

LOVED this campsite! The views were unbelievable, especially coming from NYC. Sadly it was overcast when we went, so we didn't see any stars, but we can only imagine how beautiful it is on a clear night! We took our 2 dogs with us, who loved to zoom around in the flat meadow area- definitely an easy place for 2 pups. The drive up the mountain was a bit difficult due to rain, but hosts let us know of this prior to arrival, so we were prepared. They were very accommodating! Will likely book here again and ABSOLUTELY recommend it!!! :)

Campsite was beautiful! Headed others advice—brought my own tongs. Stopped for wood before getting there, glad I did as the ground was damp and wood there is not under any cover. Water was fresh and cold. Had a great trip, dog loved running around the mower area of the meadow!

Such a beautiful campsite with amazing views. It rained all night, but we stayed dry. There even was a wood stove inside the tent which would be amazing for colder nights.

Great location and great view. Loved the experience. Be careful driving the path towards the campsite if you are trying to access it with a sedan....as the path can be a little rough in spots.
