“This was honestly the best possible campsite we could have found for our group camping this past weekend. It is incredibly beautiful, well kept, and has so many provided supplies. We had a phenomenal time and plan on coming back again and again. It is secluded, beautiful, and still easy to get to from the CT/NY area. Highly recommend!”
“This was a beautiful property! The river is stunning and hearing the river through the night made it so peaceful. Paula was extremely helpful and even let us use some charcoal since we forgot some. The site is set up so nicely with many pots, an outdoor sink, grill, etc. The stove heater for the tent was hard to keep running the entire night and didn't keep us warm. We wished we would've gone a few weeks earlier in the summer because we were shivering throughout the night (despite wearing 10 layers and having 7 blankets/comforters!) and didn't sleep well. We did bring hand warmers, warm socks, and many layers which were helpful. Other than that, it was a great experience!”
“Such a lovely campsite. The owners, Paula and Bill, were so kind and accommodating. This location is fully loaded with everything you need for a fantastic getaway. Plenty of firewood and cooking supplies, access to the river (floats included), and trails for hiking. Our kids loved their first camping trip and are already packing for the next one. Thanks for a lovely weekend!”

“We had a fantastic time! The property is gorgeous and maintained to perfection. The campsite is located in the midst of a lush forest which felt very private. There's a lovely series of trails that the owner meticulously maintains - perfect for a morning walk. We spent a lot of time floating on a raft in the icy cool river. That was the highlight of our stay along with the herons and the belted kingfishers flying overhead from time to time. The site was well supplied beyond the standard Tentrr campsite. Paula and Steve were super friendly and attentive to all questions and needs. The access from car to site was a short sloping decline and wasn't a problem for us. All in all we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Hucklebuck.”
“The best weekend ever! Our camp keepers were kind, helpful and specific with instructions & directions! The site had everything we need and can comfortably fit all campers. The river being on site is amazing and there's plenty of trails to hike if that's up your alley. We love Tentrr and will be returning soon!!!!”
