We had such an amazing fall camping trip here! The wood-burning stove inside the tent makes it very cozy and comfortable even on a raining day in the low 40s. We were easily able to cook inside on the stove with our cast iron. The tent area is nicely situated away from any homes and has its own drive way to park in. The trails on the property were nice to explore and the pond was a very beautiful place to relax in the sun. The nearby waterfall hike is 10 minutes by car and was great.

This campsite was quite, secluded, and relaxing. We ventured out to the Vernooy Falls. It was a 5 min drive and a short 1 mile hike to reach them. It was worth the effort. The site itself was well stocked. This was our 1st time using Tentrr and we were pleasantly surprised to find out we over packed.....ALOT. Half the stuff we brought we didnt even unpack. Peter, host was friendly, responsive, and accomidating. The only "gripe" I have it there was no shower. But with so much water around it was hardly a problem. Also finding it was a little challenging. The address the site gave me was 53 and it was actually 153 (just a little down the road). Our family loved it and we look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful time at Sundown! it's totally private with access to a private pond and the several creeks running through the property made this an idyllic escape. The camp keeper was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! We brought a lot of our own camping gear (bedding, shower, cookware, lanterns, firewood) otherwise we may not have been as comfortable without it.

The forest where the campsite is located is beautiful but the campsite is in bad shape. It needs someone to do some serious maintenance and give it some love. It looks like it hasn't been swept, cleaned, and organized in a long time. I was captivated by the description of the space and the photos but had a bit of a disappointment when visiting.

The address is inaccurate and we weren't able to reach camp keeper on the date of arrival. We found dirty underwear hanging next to the bed.

The host was unresponsive, I messaged him two days, and the day before, and called him the day of my booking date. Other then that it was a little more run down and I think there needs to be updated pictures! But the private space, and the trails, and the creek was so peaceful. The waterfall was so worth it!!
