“Catherine and Monk were so friendly and accommodating. This site met and exceeded our expectations. The hike up to site is about 5 minutes but it is a rapid 90ft in elevation, great exercise for those hamstrings! Our Camp Managers were kind enough to haul our gear to site with a quad. The heated shower is awesome, but wear swim shoes, not flip flops as the walk to the shower is a little rugged, so keep this in mind when packing footwear. We made good use of the abundant wood and camping grate to cook dinner over the fire. It was nice to be able to leave the Coleman stove home for a change. Catherine’s fresh baked bread, hot coffee and soft eggs were the perfect way to start our mornings. Can’t wait to visit again!”

Many extras (including a solid lantern and a few bonus flashlights) and the extra breakfast was great, totally worth it!
There is a short / 7min hike up a hill to the campsite but the hosts have an awesome ATV with attached cart that does all the heavy lifting for you (/ all your camping / supplies/bags), all you have to do is walk.

“Great place to stay. I was there in the rain, and everything stayed bone dry. It comes equipped with tiki torches, but definitely bring mosquito coils as well. Beautiful woods. Friendly host & comfy space. I would definitely return.”

“My dog and I love to travel around the area. Cathy’s campsite was one of our favorite stays ever. The tent and equipment is in great condition. But most important, you will be totally secluded. You get to camp with just the forest around you. The breakfast is worth the add-on—amazing fresh bread and eggs hand delivered to your tent. The location is easy driving distance to spots around NY and the Berkshires. Super dog friendly. We can’t wait to return!!”
