“We spent a night here for our wedding anniversary and although it rained the whole time, we were cozy in the tent with the little wood stove that puts out lots of heat! The woods are beautiful and fun to explore. Cathy was super responsive and helped us bring our stuff to and from the campsite with her ATV. Would definitely return.”
“Cathy was absolutely delightful, a consummate host and all around great person. The site was absolutely beautiful in all it's Fall colors. The tent was cozy and we were able to keep ourselves warm with the tiny stove inside the tent and the bed and bedding were all very comfortable! The train at night was haunting and beautiful but light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs, but it did not wake my partner who is a medium sleeper :) Cathy made us hot breakfast our first morning and delivered it in the morning and it was SO GOOD! I highly recommend getting it at least one morning. My partner and I loved the area, our host and the site itself and will absolutely be coming back again as soon as we can!”

During the daytime, we went to Cherry Plains State Park and visited a brewery nearby. There were yet many more things to explore - we would love to come back some other time.”
