“This camp site was fantastic. It had everything we needed plus some additional perks (like tubes for a float down the river). Steve was very helpful and we will definitely return again.”
“We had an awesome time staying at Adams River Run. Steve was super friendly and helpful, he even lent us an extra fishing pole and his tackle box so we could all try fishing in the river. The site is very neat, well positioned and very close to a kayaking hire spot (highly recommend kayaking!). There are two tents with two queen mattresses each, so theres quite a lot of sleeping space. We didn't have time to do the hikes but they also sounded amazing. Would definitely stay again!”
“We had a great time at Adams River Run. The site was private, we had river access and a large field to set up a badminton net and play frisbee. Our dogs loved exploring and laying in the field. We drove into the town Callicoon for vintage shopping and picked up treats to grill from the farmers market. I would definitely recommend this site. If you’d like to kayak either bring your own or set up a session before arriving. We had everything we needed and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to our hosts!”
“Site was very easy to get to, very private and right on a beautiful section of the Delaware River. The fishing was great right from the camp site. Our party caught a number of Rainbow Trout and Smallmouth Bass with a large section of the river accessible for fishing. Steve our host met us on site to make sure we were good to go and also recommended a hike at Jensen Ledges which was a lot of fun as well. We will definitely be going back over the summer.”
“This site is beyond beautiful! The view was amazing and relaxing. You can hear the river as you go to sleep and fish right by where you sleep! It’s picturesque and the field behind the site where you drive up was perfect for stargazing. It’s a beautiful area and secluded but still close to a quaint little town nearby. Steve even had the wood stove burning for us when we arrived! Our dog loved it as well and we can’t wait to return.”
“Adams River Run was absolutely fantastic. I was with a group of 10 and we all had the best time. There are two canvas tents each with a queen size bunk bed which gave shelter to most of my group. A few of us did bring our own pop up tents and we were able to set that up in the huge field next to the campsite. The field not only provided us space to have tents but also a huge space for us to play frisbee, walk around, and enjoy the beautiful views. The campsite is about 20 feet from the Delaware River, which we didn't swim in because it was pretty chilly outside but just hearing the calm sounds of the river was enough! We hung out by the fire all night and got to see amazing stars. The CampKeepers were very responsive and helpful along the way and the campsite is easy to find! I recommend this site to any sized group, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Adam and Steve!”
“This site is beautiful! You have access to the river as well the meadow just a few steps up. We stayed here with kids and enjoyed kayaking, swimming, walks in the meadow and fishing. Campkeepers Steve and Jeff were great hosts, available for anything we needed. We made some great memories here and can't wait to come back.”
“Incredible. our family of 4 had a wonderful weekend at this campground. Adams River Run is a truly amazing spot. Very well maintained and very attentive hosts. The campsite is literally waterfront and also comes with a lovely hammock. we are already planning a trip back!!!”
