“Frog pond was great, centrally located to some great little towns but still a retreat for peace and quiet. It’s tucked away enough for perfect solitude and relaxation. And Ginny was a great host, letting me come last minute after a change of plans and being very communicative along the way. Would definitely go back.”
“Ginny's property is heavenly - that's the only word I can think appropriate to describe it. You feel transported into another world, with the private pond, surrounding forest, and deer running about in every which direction. My friends and I came to enjoy a night stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We swam in the pond, we sunbathed amongst the trees, we cooked up some mean meals over an open fire - it's easy to put on your chef hat as Ginny has all the cooking essentials and was kind enough to provide us some fresh vegetables from her garden. Also, unlimited water from her garden hose which was so helpful during our stay. Outhouse was in great condition and plenty of surrounding tress to hang the sun shower. I highly recommend to book this site!”

“Even though we had a rainy weekend at Frog Pond, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay. The campsite is large and private--you can barely hear people in the distance. Ginny was a great, communicative host and the campsite was stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return one day!”

“I highly recommend Frog Pond. Campkeepers Ginny and Zeke are wonderful. They were so kind and welcoming throughout, and made sure we had ample firewood, water, and anythign else we needed. The site itself was incredible. It was very beautiful, and totally peaceful and secluded. The sound of frogs and birds in the evening was amazing, and we heard coyotes howling at night time. I can't wait to return.”
“Fantastic site and very aptly named. The frog chorus coupled with hundreds of fireflies at night is incredible.
We had a great time at the site and Ginny and her husband were very hospitable. We came with our two young kids and two dogs and there was more than enough to keep everyone busy. There is a small kayak to tool around the pond which the kids loved. They also have the eating area well-stocked with plates, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as a good stack of firewood under plastic - greatly appreciated on a wet afternoon. We will most definitely be back.”
