“Unique experience, very private. Clean tent. Bedding and firewood provided- nice bonus. Only bummer was that the parking of the car and unloading is far from the tent site... this should be mentioned. We only met Mark- super nice.”

I don't like being negative, but overall I was disappointed.Tammy was very curt and I felt like an unwelcome guest camping in someone's back yard. Please be aware that the tent isn't quite like the photos: only two tiki torches, no backs or cushions on the benches. Neither the water carrier or sun shower were functional. The grill was filthy, the cooking pot was incredibly sooty and had no handle. The private beach is only private except when the family and friends are having a picnic. You can hear street noise and there are noisy jet skiers on the river.
You may have a good time, but please adjust your expectations.”
