“A wonderful campsite! Everything needed for camping was provided, the bed was very comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful. The best part was waking up to the highland cows hanging out by the stream right by the campsite! We will definitely stay again when in the area!”
“Our stay was very nice. Lynn was very friendly and punctual--we were taken directly to our site upon arrival. The site was perfect for us, as the fenced in area worked great for our dog. Seeing and hearing the cows was a nice perk. Despite a short thunder shower, we were able to explore the property and have nice camp fires.”

“Lynn and Dick are great hosts! The tent site is peaceful, private, and well stocked with the basics. Tongs, spatula, pan, teapot, wood and coal, TP, lamps, and more. The tent is large and sturdy and up on a platform. Memory foam mattress is raised up and very comfy. The site is pretty much fenced in, so our dog enjoyed hanging out unleashed. I highly recommend buying burgers, steaks, or other treats from the farm to grill. Loved hanging out by the fire. I always worried the loo would be awkward, but it was in it's own tent and easy to use. There is a toilet and shower at the main building if you prefer. We want to come back and explore the grounds more. The Scottish Highland Cattle came by to visit on the last day. So majestic! Anything you need, Lynn has it to borrow. Easy communications. Highly recommend this site!”
“Lynn's place was a delight. She had everything set up for us when we arrived, including an extra air mattress for our third traveler, dry firewood, fresh water from a nearby spring, and lots more. The property is incredible and was so much fun to explore-- Highland cows, a stream with a waterfall, and fields of wildflowers! The tent site itself was clean, private, and well-stocked. The only thing we struggled with was the drive to the tent site, which was through a field that was quite muddy from a big rainstorm. But we managed, and Lynn even offered to drive us down in her ATV. The nearby towns of Norway and Turner were also fun to explore. Overall a wonderful experience!”

“Our stay at Darnit Brook was lovely! The campsite had just about everything we could possibly need and despite the chilly nights, the propane heater kept us plenty warm! There were so many animals about - from chipmunk, squirrels, ducks, turtles, and cows - we even saw deer in the field in the evenings! The ranch is beautiful with plenty of land to explore and Lynn was a wonderful host! Highly recommend!”
