“Best stay everrrrrrrr!! First I must say the vibes we got from Lynn and her husband were amazing! Especially lynn, such beautiful soul! The place was breathtaking especially in the snow. All the wildlife you get the see and hear. The little walks around the tent was outstanding. Inside the tent was warm & cozy! My 2-month old kitten absolutely loveddd cuddling inside the tent! Can’t wait to go back for spring time with the kids!! Definitely going to be my go to spot to get away from the world and into nature!! They have multiple tents on their farm as well each serving beautiful scenery. Again thank you so much!!! Keep doing what your doing with that smile on your face & happiness.”

“We booked this trip as a birthday getaway. It was a nice secluded spot on the farm and we had a blast even though it rained for most of it. The owners were really nice and allowed us to stay a bit longer due to the weather. The dog had plenty of space to roam around in the open fields away from the cows.”
“This campsite was perfect and the site keepers were the best! Absolutely a perfect situation for a romantic get away, the cattle in the morning was simply a dream come true. Grocery store close enough, and a small store right up the road. We had plenty to burn and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Already looking forward to getting to hopefully enjoy the site again this year!”

“We loved Darnit Brook! The hosts, Richard and Lynn were very welcoming and helpful. We even had some car troubles the last day that they helped without hesitation. Their land and site are beautiful and it allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. The surrounding area also has plenty of small hikes with views. Would love to come back!”

Lynn and Rich are the embodiment of good, old fashioned, Maine hospitality and the campsite has everything you need to make for a perfect getaway- scenic views, fresh air, seclusion, and some very friendly highland cattle! We will absolutely be going back to visit them and their ranch again.”
