“We had a wonderful time camping at this site! David, the owner, is very kind, responsive, and generous. We had everything that we needed during our stay. Really enjoyed paddle boarding on the river, swimming in the water, taking short hikes around the area, and even visited a local cidery. We were lucky enough to see a bald eagle over the Susquehanna. Cannot recommend this place enough!”
“David is an awesome host. He was super accommodating and the site was set up perfect. I needed ice and he came to the rescue. Kayaks available and made super accessible to enjoy on this beautiful stretch of riverfront campsite. I even texted him at 7:30 on a Saturday morning because I forgot sugar and he brought it down to me...hand delivered in time for coffee!. Property is secluded and private and landscaped very well for easy access to the river. This particular spot on the Susquehanna is a calm horseshoe shape with tall mountain to few eagles. Yes, we some some! Fishing was good...lots of small mouth bass and caught a very nice big catfish if that's your thing. Highly recommend!!! Thank you David you will see me again!”
