Had a great time at Mt Blue. Check in was easy and the site was perfect. Parking is about 50 yards away, but there is a designated spot, which was really nice. The air mattresses were super comfy and the tent was great in the rain. Only downside was mosquitos getting inside the tent - not a ton but enough to make me wonder if they were coming through the platform. Didn’t bother us much and we really enjoyed the spot!

First off let me say that we LOVE Mount Blue State Park and the park employees were awesome!!! The location of the tent was also good and very private. Could have used a double doodie bucket for late night relief because the bathroom was a bit far away. The tent and all equipment provided was equally nice except for one huge problem. I had already read reviews from another camper that the air mattress placed in the bed frame on the slats was very noisy. They had made their sleep better by laying a blanket under the mattress over the slats. I tried this. This did not work at all. The fix that would probably work is for all the bed frames to have a solid piece of plywood laid over the slats. Neither myself or my husband got one wink of sleep because we both move around, toss and turn when we sleep. If you sleep like a stone and never have to get up, you will be fine. Otherwise, No sleep for you!!! The second night, we decided to move the whole double queen bed frame over so we could lay one of the mattresses on the floor. Luckily, the tent was big enough for this. We had a great second night of sleep because the mattress wasn't making a racket on the wooden slats. I can't describe the sound but it was loud, constant and annoying. I also think the price was a bit steep per night but do realize that being off the ground on a platform, having a nice deck with chairs, picnic table and kitchen prep area is a lot to offer. Super nice set up except for the darn mattress noise. Would do it again if you fix that problem.

The was a great experience. Typically we tent but thought we would try this for fun. The site was secluded and beautiful and a short walk to the beach. My only criticism is that the air mattresses are very loud on the wooden bed frame... just rolling sounded like thunder which isn’t great for sleeping. We ended up putting a sheet between the mattress and the wooden frame which helped quite a bit. All in all the experience was excellent and well worth the price. I will definitely seek out other tentrr sites in the future.
