“We had a wonderful stay. The property is a big open field with plenty of space between you and the main house. The campsite faces a view of the mountains and trails that go into the woods.
Our hosts were super friendly and took great care to make sure were all set and had everything we needed.

“This was our first TentRR experience and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen Solitude for our destination. We arrived fairly late in the evening and to our wonderful surprise Dave had started to heat up our tent for us. Maria was very welcoming and Bosley was also there to greet us. Both Maria and Dave have such great tips and knowledge of fun things to do in the near by area. Their campsite is breathtaking to say the least. The stars and the moon are a sight to see. Even waking up in the morning with the sunrise was a treat.

“The site was exactly what we were hoping for. Maria and David made sure we had everything we needed and then gave us privacy to enjoy their amazing property. The huge field provided hours of fetching joy for our lab and plenty of room for our 2 year old to ride his bike. We had no complaints and definitely plan to come back soon.”

“Being novice campers, we were comforted to know that Maria and David were not too far away in case something came up.
That said, our stay surpassed any expectations we had. Maria and David are gracious hosts who have truly thought of everything a camper may need to enrich their stay. Their property is stunning and the night sky, accompanied by a roaring fire was nothing short of enchanting. We’re planning on returning in the fall for our 1st wedding anniversary.

“Maria and David are fantastic people and hosts. They thought of every detail and went above and beyond in every way. We felt very safe and well cared for on our first camping experience.
The property is fantastic and our dog is still pouting in the back seat because he didn’t want to leave! Great local restaurants with locally sourced ingredients were easy to locate.
This trip surpassed our expectations and we can’t wait to return! I’ll be suggesting Solitude to everyone. A word about the tent… we had a torrential downpour on our first night and the tent was water tight and super cozy.
