“This weekend was my second stay at Sycamore Hill Farm, and it’s my favorite site on Tentrr. Larry is a very accommodating and responsive host, and the site is always in great shape. The site is nestled in a great spot, right next to a river with a tall rock wall which has the feel of an amphitheater. We drove the car right down and parked behind the tent – super convenient. Larry provided some floats for the river, and we took a short hike, then drifted right to the site. Firewood is also provided, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend, thank you Larry!!”
“A wonderful, secluded site sitting right atop the creek. The site is spacious with plenty to do, or just to relax. The owner is very responsive, yet gives you your space. Tubes were provided for the creek, which is highly recommended. The Saucony rail trail is very close as well. Overall, 5 stars.”
“I stayed here this past weekend as a way to introduce my boys to camping and outdoor life. It was a great site very well set up. They LOVED the queen sized bunk beds and so did I. The campfire was great, lots of wood. Larry if you are reading this, the angles on the log seats make them kinda hard to sit on. The kids had great fun learning to fish in the river that is right next to the site. If you are not a great planner (that is my wifes department) it was a big bonus having an LL Bean a few min from the site. All in all a great site. Larry is a great guy and really bailed me out when one of the kids left one of the car lights on and drained the battery as we were leaving. He was over inside of 10 min to give the car a jump. Thanks again for that!”
“We had a great time!!! The campsite was clean and stocked with water and fire wood, all ready for our arrival. The campsite is at the base of a shale wall making it feel like a private nook in the woods! On the other side was a great view of a steam. We took a nice walk on the path along the water. Larry was a great host, only a text away, but gave us our privacy. We had a very nice visit from his friendly old yellow lab! It’s so easy to relax in nature at this site !! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Larry !”
