Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“This site is beautiful and quite hidden even though it is so close to Bethlehem/Lehigh. The creek was fun to explore and play in with our kids/dog. Larry was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!”
“We enjoyed our stay here at this campsite. location was great, close to town but still tucked away. loved the little outhouse and the tubes provided for floating down the river thats right next door. I loved the plentiful space the site provided and also the firewood because we did not bring enough so that came in handy! it is close to the highway so you will experience some light distance traffic noise but it didn't bother us at all. there was also lots of daddy long legs so if thats not something you can deal with then beware! but they are harmless! Larry was a great host and we appreciated his communication. would definitely stay with Tentrr again. thank you for having me!”
“This is the perfect place to scape from the city and have a perfect weekend with friends and family in the middle of the woods. There's is a river on the side of the camp and if you need any supplies that you might forgot you will find a store 5 min away from the site. The host is very helpful and took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this place for a short visit in the nature.”
“This place was great for a meet up with friends from NYC and Harrisburg.
Very close to all kinds of food and attractions in Hellertown, Bethlehem, and Allentown. We left the site for food and disc golf. Otherwise we hung out at this nice place.
Great campfire. (firewood provided.) Nice air mattresses. Nice tent. Nice to have a trash can and recycle bin available on site.
Larry the Mgr was great with communication.
It's a rustic site. Bring your own cookware. Yes, you can hear Rt 78. Bring earplugs if you think that might be a problem. Yes, there is a public hiking path close by, but we didn't see anyone on it all weekend. Several tiki torches on site. Bring some fuel to be sure you can use them.
Latrine is not bad at all. (NASA bags were fine to use.)
We rented this because we couldn't find a state park cabin, but I would definitely do it again. We had a great time and I would love to come back.”
“This was our first Tentrr experience and we cannot wait to go again! Larry was an awesome host, he texted us a few a days before check-in offering to answer any questions and provide suggestions prior to coming on our trip. He set up a time to chat on the phone, gave us multiple recommendations for things to do in the area and what to bring to make our camping trip a success. When we arrived to the site we saw cute signage and lanterns marking the way down from the field to the campsite. Larry provided us with wood and fire starters and informed us of where we could get more if needed. The fire was surrounded by citronella candles and benches that made sure for a bug free space. Tiki torches surrounded the rest of the area as well. The creek made for a beautiful view and fun walking path right from the campsite. We explored for well over 3 hrs and had a great time. The tent had a bunk bed with pump to ensure it was filled each night. We also had access to tubes, however the creek water was a bit too chilly for us to try them out. The “bathroom” was clean and the host provided bucket liners for our use. The building was a nice added privacy. I think our only complaint for the whole stay was the proximity to 78, if you are a light sleeper it was definitely a little hard to get some sleep. Overall, we cannot wait to do another Tentrr experience and we would highly recommend Larry and his beautiful site!”
“This is a great go to destination if you're looking for a place near the Allentown/Bethlehem area, but that also feels off the beaten path. We brought our dog and she loved it. She also got to meet the Farm dog who is very cute and quite friendly. It was well kept, well stocked and completely gorgeous. The owners really did great with the site and clearly do great upkeep on it. There's plenty of trails, the creek to explore, and tons of space for camping activities. Plus you have your own privacy and area in what feels like a little cove of your own. We will definitely be staying again, and recommend you do too.”
“This was our third Tentrr and definitely one of our favorites. Although the camp keepers home was just up the hill, we had total privacy. The path along the water allowed for many fun hikes and plenty to explore. Thank you for a great getaway!”
