The view from the campsite is beautiful - the tent is set up on top of a hill overlooking the water. It is more private than the other camping spaces. This is a really great place to camp while exploring Acadia. There were two (relatively small) downsides: 1. There is not a loo inside the tent, even though it's advertised as having a loo. The public bathroom is not far away though; 2. There is a lot of wildlife around the park, which is great. However, the tent is backed up right against a pretty dense forest area, and there were definitely times when we heard wildlife (soft padding of feet, branches snapping, etc.) right next to us, which was a little unnerving. All in all, these are minor observations, and we would still highly recommend this experience to all who are looking for a low-maintenance and easy glamping experience near Acadia!

This camp site is absolutely breathtaking. It sits at the top of a sloped field with views of the ocean and Cadillac Mountain at Acadia National Park. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful view of Mt. Desert Narrows and Acadia across the water. Near many great hikes, yet not too crowded. It is near a pier used by lobsterman, so some truck noise at dawn and dusk, but we appreciated the shared use. Go to the Granite Garden Gallery in Sullivan nearby. Very comfortable site. Mattress a bit squeaky.

A beautiful site for a first Tentrr experience! It is on the state park's campsite but set away far enough that it's private. Had exactly what the website said and we made it cozy with our own bedding. Will definitely go again!

Perfect getaway spot up in Maine! This camp site makes camping so much easier. The setting is gorgeous in the state park, set on some fields with stunning views of the water and Acadia's mountains across the water with docs you can explore. There are other campers in another part of the park but this site is separated and feels more private. The drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia is about 30-40 minutes and this site a quiet escape from the pricier hotels. Definitely bring bedding and I recommend a soft pad (queen) for the mattress to make it comfortable. The people working at the park were also so helpful and have ice and firewood available for purchase.
