“Perfect weekend. Hosted by John, his family, his dogs, cattle, horses, good weather. The campsite is secluded and private but it felt like John was there if we had needed him (or eggs or beef - farm fresh). Breathtaking sunsets and stars from the site - highest point on the property. We will return.
Lots to do nearby in this gorgeous part of the state including a few tony nearby main streets if you need civilization or sundries.”
“We had a wonderful stay on the farm in Standfordville! Our host John did everything he could to make our stay comfortable, even giving us a tractor ride to the camp site because it was a little muddy. It dipped into the 30s during the night, but the wood stove kept it toasty inside the tent. There were cute dogs on the farm and even access to a bathroom with heat if needed. Thank you John! We will be back.”

The site itself is secluded at the top of a big field, very private and cozy. We watched the sunset over the Catskills that evening and the sky lit up with stars at night!
