“Tule Ranch was an amazing weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I, just a quick 1 hour drive from where we live but it felt like a completely different world! When we first arrived the wonderful watch dogs greeted us and walked us up to our campsite where we had some of the most beautiful views! Our campsite had everything we could possibly need and Dan and Anwyn were incredible hosts, we also got a tour of the farm and watched all the animals get fed during feeding time! Overall it was a fantastic time relaxing and enjoying nature, I would recommend this site to anyone and everyone!”
“If you’re looking for an escape in the Bay Area to be in nature and enjoy lush scenery… look no further! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here so much and are already planning when we can stay again. The tent is so cozy and plenty of blankets are provided. The composting toilet was pretty cool and fun to use! Enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit and we were cozied up there as well and star gazed. The tree swings were also a great addition to our experience! Plenty of board games are also provided in the tent. We played big jenga in the tent while keeping warm from the cold night. Anwyn and Dan are amazing hosts and are very accommodating. Also their dogs roam the property and are so friendly! They greet you at the glampsite, hang out with you and love to be pet. I’m excited to see them again next time I visit ♥️”
“This site is INCREDIBLE! It was absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, and full of charm and hospitality. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable: creature comforts like toilet, heater, drinking water, clean and comfortable bed. With the benefits of camping: gorgeous views of the sunrise AND sunset, animals, clean air, fire pit, the list goes on! There were even fun games like archery and darts! However, the hospitality of Anwyn, Dan, and their DARLING 4 dogs can not be understated! Seriously, these are THE BEST dogs! They were constantly "on the job" and were our caretakers during our visit. Everyone made us feel so well taken care of.
Dan and Anwyn are impeccable hosts, but also ethical land stewards. They have modeled their ranch to be kind to the animals that reside there and it shows! They have happy sheep, cows,
horses, goats, and innumerable chickens, geese, and guinea fowl. They have also put regenerative farming practices in to place so that they can minimize their impact on the earth, but also assure the longevity of the land.
In short, we were constantly excited and impressed with the rental and our hosts (human and animal). You will not be disappointed!”
“Words cannot describe the beauty and peace of Tule Ranch. To begin, the hosts, Anwyn and Dan, are such sweet people that as soon as you meet them and see their honest smile, you are already feeling home. They provide you with all you need, not only physical items but advices you need to know (like cows sound like T-Rex’s). Kai, Rocky and Fern will greet you first hand (sometimes Luna too) and will make you feel welcomed. Now let’s talk about the hike, please do take the right hiking shoes; we had tennis running shoes and it was a bit challenging, but still enjoyable. Once you reach the spot… just wow! Have never seen a glamping area so organized and confortable (I wish my own room felt like that). Everything you may need is provided, you won’t be cold, you won’t be bored; take you food and snacks and everything you may need is provided. I truly don’t know how to wrap this up and maybe could not give specific details, but what I can say, is that you will have one of the best experiences ever.

“Don't hesitate to book, this is the best glamping we've ever done, and it surpassed all our expectations!
The space is really magical, you're above a hill with a 360° view on nature - it's so relaxing. Unlike other glamping/camping sites where you have a view on your neighbors, here you're really alone and can enjoy the relaxing views. The comfort is top notch - Anwyn and Dan have thought of every detail, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen super well equipped and they have great equipment to keep your food cool. It's really luxurious glamping!! You won't get bored - the views are incredible, and there are also games and books - and then if you want to venture out, there are lots to do around (wineries, Santa Cruz..). Plus, Dan and Anwyn are really respectful of nature and of the 200-year old oak trees that make this space wonderful, they have thought of the space in a really eco-friendly way and are building regenerative farming practices everywhere in their ranch. Anwyn and Dan are also really kind, generous and interesting !
Oh and the dogs are the nicest, most well-behaved dogs. Not once did they bark at us, they've immediately "adopted" us - they're working dogs here to protect you. It's impossible not to love them!”
