“Anwyn and her husband was such a great host! By far this is the best glamping site. It is so peaceful and relaxing. A nice getaway to enjoy nature and ground your body. No cons to this site. Everything was perfect!! I love all the farm animals. Especially all the guardian dogs, all the dogs were so supportive. They take turns watching out for you. They keep you company through out the days. My partners and I was walking up the hill, and we stop to rest. The dogs slow dog and went for us until we are ready and they guide us back to the campsite.”
“We had such an amazing weekend at Tule Ranch! The campsite is beautiful, private, and incredibly well-stocked. It is truly so relaxing to camp without the hassle of having to pack all of your gear. We greatly enjoyed the yard games, a wonderful tour of the ranch, and even took off one of the days for a short drive to the beach and some local hiking spots. Anwyn, Dan, and their loving pack of dogs are wonderful hosts!”
“Anwyn and Dan are amazing hosts to this beautiful spot on top of the hills, in the middle of Morgan Hill. The dogs will come by and hang out, which we absolutely loved. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable and the tent has several zipped up window openings for lovely evening/sunset views of the hills in front and behind. Cooking was easy and everything necessary was provided; propane, grill/stove, utensils, plates and cups, potable water etc.. We loved making use of the games there; Yahtzee, badminton, archery, darts etc..
The tour to see all the amazing animals living on the ranch was the highlight of our stay! Walter the pig and Bill the silkie (chicken) were just two of our favorite ranch dwellers that we met. Anwyn and Dan are great hosts and I would recommend this airbnb to everyone we know!

“This was one of the most beautiful and memorable places we have ever stayed! Loved every second - we had planned to go for a walk on the Saturday but we didn’t want to leave. Anwyn was so kind and helpful, the dogs were incredibly friendly (and even the sheep were friendly!). Couldn’t recommend more!”
“The Tule Ranch is an amazing glamping site close to the Bay Area. With the exception of your food and clothing, the site has everything: giant swing, darts, archery, lots of games, fire pit, grill, hammocks, heater, solar shower, nearby stream, and on and on. With all of the amenities, it makes it an easy way to plan a quick getaway without lots of additional planning or packing. And the best part? Once you are there, you are all alone (with the exception of their lovely dogs). No people, no nearby campers or houses, just a beautiful open valley view surrounded by large oak trees. We loved it and are already planning a return trip.”
“Fiance and I stayed here for a few nights and have no complaints! The campsite has amazing views and there are plenty of things to do for entertainment. We enjoyed archery the most. The tent itself is cozy and well decorated. The dogs were a bonus! All very sweet and well behaved. Anwyn and Dan were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell how much love has gone into this place!”
