Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“Beautiful spot, we came in late at night and it wasn’t quite what we expected from a mile or two out- but don’t let that deter you. Once you’re led back to the site it’s pristine and perfect. I’m not sure what else is really in the area because everything is closed from the holiday, but the campsite itself is perfect!”
“We had a lovely stay. This is a great site, next to a river with a comfy bed and linens. We loved waking up in the morning and talking a walk around to see some of the farm animals as well. Susan was a great host and quickly replied to any questions I had beforehand.”
“This was truly such a magical experience. My kids were so excited the moment we arrived to see the space where the tent was. They had a hammock and boat on premises. The tent, fire pit, table and chairs overlook the water. It was peaceful and also we felt safe with the farm close. We took a walk with the wheelbarrow that is there and my two kids jumped in. We walked along the path to the farm - it was very fun. The bed in the room was set up beautifully and the host Susan made it so nice for the kids and got them a special surprise which was so thoughtful and kind. There are games there for you to play (I had brought some but next time I won't) they have the perfect camping games, like UNO, Jenga, etc..
The loo was super clean and overlooks the water which was really peaceful. The camping space has the perfect amount of shade. I felt safe having the kids run around the area and they had a lot of fun. I like that the water was right there, and you can see the fish jumping up. Susan and Tom were such wonderful hosts. Tom helped us when we arrived and helped get the fire started and hung our tree tent. We visited the farm and this was really fun for the kids. We also went on a nice hike. We fell asleep to an owl and woke up to the birds chirping. We were able to catch the sunset and see the stars so clearly at night. The bed was set up with beautiful blankets and pillows. There are extra blankets in the chest. I believe there was a heater in the tent - we didn't use it but that was really nice to know for next time that it's there. It was the perfect first camping trip, I'm so grateful we found this place and we will definitely visit again!!”
“We loved our stay at this campsite. Susan greeted us warmly upon arrival and was easy to communicate with over text that day. The tent was clean and bed was comfortable - there were fresh linens and the zippered cover kept out mosquitos. We brought our own sheets, blanket, and sleeping bag because I get easily skeeved out lol but the accommodations would’ve been fine if we didn’t. The tent was situated right next to a river which was absolutely beautiful. We even caught a fish, which was a lovely highlight! The campsite had a table to prepare food around. We brought our own plates, cups, and, pans, and built a campfire to cook all our meals. The cows grazed all day just a small walk from our tent which was peaceful to watch. It was my first time using an outhouse and it was as expected and overall just fine ;). The outhouse could probably benefit from its own trash bin, rather than having to use the bin next to the campfire. We look forward to another adventure at twin ponds!”
“This site was so lovely, the Campkeeper was very welcoming and had everything set up beautifully for our arrival. The town of Montgomery is very quaint, with cool antique shops! Will be back for the Fall to see their working farm. Thank you both!”
“My fiance and I had the most amazing stay here. The tent is in the perfect secluded location and the views are beautiful. Similar to camping but less work for setting up so you can get straight to relaxing in nature. The hosts are also very hospitable and accommodating.”
