I really enjoyed the stay! The campsite itself was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was that the chickens were housed too close to the campsite. I was awakened by a rooster at 4:25 am and couldn’t go back to sleep. He would continue to periodically make noise until about 10 am.

Absolutely love this campsite! Daisy went above and beyond to make us feel extra comfortable and cozy. We flew in from out of state so it was so nice to have all the amenities that we needed for camping. Definitely would love to come back and stay again!

My son and I were in Santa Cruz for a tour at the university. This TentRR experience was the highlight of our stay! Beautiful property, petting the horses and goats and seeing the other animals was so wonderful. The bed in the tent was very comfortable. Loved the tree swing and cornhole. Daisy was very sweet. The driveway is a 4-wheel adventure, which my Honda Fit handles like a champ. That was fun! I would definitely stay here again.

The site had what we needed for a short overnight out of the city!

Our family had so much fun at the Artemis camp site! My daughter loves the chickens and horses and my son to get a great experience chopping wood. A short distance away there is a steam train you can ride and trail everywhere. You can relax or get in some really fun adventures. We would go back for sure!

I've camped before in public camp sites: Grand Canyon, Channel Islands, Kauai, and Catalina. At each one of these public sites there was a private shower, and a private toilet. When I heard about glamping, I thought that it would be a step up from a general camping site. (That is the reason why I chose this as an introduction to camping for my wife). The toilet and shower situation at this site killed the "glamping" out of this experience. We are not experience campers who probably have no problems showering and defacating out in the open air. I was not expecting that. Inside the tent there were multiple spider webs and I had to kill a couple of them before we could go to sleep. It seems that there were some issues with bugs because my wife ended up with multiple insect bits all over her body. It appeared to me that the tent had not been cleaned for some time. Lastly, I saw in the visitor journal, that somebody had stayed in the tent the day before, yet the sheets and beddings did not smell as if they had been freshly washed, nor changed. They did not appear dirty nor smelly, just not freshly washed. Lastly, the fact that all cell service is lost, and this is the only camp site on the property, it filled me with a private sense of dread just in case an emergency occurred. There was no way for me to communicate or dial 911, and the road out of the campsite is a driving challenge. There was no information regarding protocols to follow in case of an emergency, nor directions to the closest emergency services. On the positive side, the camp supervisor was very understanding regarding our late arrival, and the campsite is a kingdom of silence and solitude. Thank you for having us on your property.

Hey there George, thanks for your feedback here. Without honest reviews like yours, we wouldn't know where to improve. We are very sorry to hear that you had a less-than-ideal stay at one of our campsites. Since your review, we've gotten in touch with the host at this particular site and addressed some of your concerns. They are aware of them and moving forward with future bookings, will be more mindful of the items you mentioned. Again, we apologize for the situation that occurred, but hope to see you out camping with us again soon! Cheers! The Tentrr Team

Convenient location, great amenities, and friendly host. Will definitely visit again! Some tips 1) The road to the camp site is bumpy. Could be challenging for low suspension cars. 2) If you are used to glamping, bathroom can be challenging.
